from snooping others' backpacks.

from attacking the horses which have been dismounted while meeting is
in order.
Please, the
meeting is to convey information to the citizens and friends of
Paxlair, there will be no hawking your wares during the meeting.
If you have a
disagreement with another player during a meeting, please take it
outside and settle it there unless it is quest related.
Please
refrain from spamming during meeting, it is disruptive and
unnecessary. You will be asked by name to refrain, if you do not end
your spam, you will be ejected from the meeting. You will be told only
once to halt your actions.
